Your privacy is important to us. Player2Player LLC, its agents, affiliates, assigns, and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, (“Player2Player”) are committed to honoring your privacy. By accessing or using any of our mobile applications, websites or other Player2Player products or services (collectively, “Services”) on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, “Device”) you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Types of Information We Collect

We may automatically collect information regarding your interaction with, and use of, our Services. Certain features of our site may require registration.  In order to register for Services you must first complete the registration form.  During registration you will be required to give certain contact information (such as name, email address, child’s name, and birth date).  This information is used to contact your about the products and services on our Site in which you have expressed interest and to enroll you and/or your child in specific Services.  At your option, you may provide additional information about yourself, your child, and family members, but it is not required.  You must also provide financial information (like credit card number and expiration date) that will be used for billing purposes only.  If we have trouble processing an order for Services, we’ll use this information to contact you.  

We may also collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address as your name, address, phone number, and email address from you in connection with contests and other promotions that we may conduct or offer through our site.  


We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions, including, where appropriate, password protection, encryption, SSL, firewalls, and internal restrictions on who may access data to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measure can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your accounts and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

At Player2Player, we always want to provide you with the most interesting information and the best possible user experience when you choose to request our products and services through our Services. In order to do this, we may collect information that allows us to:

  • Process and track your request for coaching, camps and clinics through the Services;
  • Provide the information, products and services you request;
  • Contact you about the status of a request;
  • Send you promotional offers or information we believe will be of interest to you;
  • Send you email updates, announcements and/or newsletters;
  • Identify your preferences with respect to products and services;
  • Determine your location;
  • Enhance, customize and personalize your experiences and communications with Player2Player;
  • Provide information concerning products and services you have requested; and
  • Improve our service selection and customer service.

We collect personally identifiable information from users of our Services on a voluntary basis. This information may be used for purposes of receiving and processing a request for coaching, camps or clinics through our Services, determining a user’s location, user’s location for provision of services and customer satisfaction reviews. We also use this information to assist in marketing products and services offered by us and our business partners, to facilitate requests for coaching services, and to enhance the content of our Services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent to any unaffiliated third parties your personally identifiable information collected via our Services. We do use the anonymous data and the personally identifiable information collected through our Services for statistical purposes and for improving the Services, as well as for our marketing purposes, as part of our responses to your questions or requests for information and potentially when sending commercial emails to you. We may engage a third party’s software or services to assist us with these analyses and activities in which case such information may be shared with them for these purposes (e.g., your email address with our outbound email marketing provider).

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including shipping, name and address verification, email distribution, location (GPS) information, market research, promotions management and payment processing. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. Player2Player uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that these companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than Player2Player.

As a practical matter, we must release your mailing address to a postal or courier service to deliver information you requested or the services/products you purchased.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may share information to prevent illegal uses of Player2Player’s products and services, or to defend ourselves against third-party claims. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these business transfers, customer information, including personally identifiable information, is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if any of the Services, Player2Player, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, customer information, including personally identifiable information, would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of any of the Services, Player2Player or any of its assets may continue to use your personally identifiable information as set forth in this policy.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Services.  We may combine this information with other personally identifiable information we collect from you.

Cookies.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes.  Some cookies allow us to make I easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities on our Services.  Our media advertising partners also may use cookies or other tools to identify individuals or groups for marketing purposes.

Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies.  Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies.  In contract to cookies, which are sorted on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are imbedded invisibly on web pages.  We may use clear GIFs (aka web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection to our Services to, among other things, track the activities of Services visitors while using the Services, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Services.  We and our service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.  

Conversion API.  Conversions APIs allow advertisers to send web events from their servers directly to third party ad networks, such as Facebook.  Server events are linked to a pixel and are processed like a browser pixel event.  This means that server events are used in measurement, reporting, and optimization in the same way as browser pixel events.  

Analytics.  We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Services.  We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services.  We use these tools to help us improve our Services’ performance and user experiences.  These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services.  

International Transfer of Information Collected

We primarily store customer data in the United States. To facilitate Player2Player’s global operations, we may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which Player2Player has operations. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer customer data to other countries.

Security Measures

We use a variety of current technologies and processes for the protection of our customer data. We will take reasonable measures which we believe are appropriate to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction, and, where possible, will ask that any third parties to whom we may transfer your information take comparable steps to protect that security.
